Design Half Full is a one-woman, Connecticut based graphic design studio, owned and operated by me, Julia Goldberg. (Hi!)

For about a decade I’ve helped businesses grow through effective graphic design. Taking the time to dig a little deeper and understand what makes your business unique results in design that resonates with your target audience and gets results.

I can help with logos & branding, design & printing, and a bit of website design too!

How I got here

After receiving a BFA from the University of Connecticut, I started out working in commercial photography, eventually becoming Marketing Director for a photography studio. I quickly realized that this intersection of visual art and marketing was a natural fit for me. Since starting Design Half Full in 2014, I've had the pleasure of working with all sorts of businesses around the country. I am a life-long learner and constantly expand my skillset so I can provide the best possible work to my clients.

Why I do it

My graphic design business fuels my houseplant addiction, funds my snowboarding trips, and keeps my cats living in style. When I’m not in front of my screen, you’ll find me outside taking a walk, at the gym picking stuff up and putting it back down, or reading a good book.
